As a courtesy to our patients, WE FILE ALL PRIVATE CARE DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS (plans that do not require you to select a dentist from a list or require our office to accept a reduced fee for service). This means that we work with literally thousands of companies.
At the time of service, we can estimate your portion based on the most up-to-date information we have, but it’s only an estimate. For larger procedures such as crowns, bridges, etc- we will happily file a "pre-treatment authorization" with your insurance company prior to treatment.
While this delays treatment by a few weeks, it means no surprises when it comes to your bill. If you have any questions about your particular plan- feel free to call us.
Payment Plans
If your treatment costs exceed $300, you may be eligible for a 6-month interest free payment plan available through Care Credit. We can help you complete this no-cost application in a few minutes while you wait or you can apply online at www.carecredit.com.
Care Credit is frequently used at our office by patients with and without insurance.
